Len Leffley – Oral History Audio Links

Len Leffley is a retired, local ,legendary coal miner and writer who has his own page on ABC Open with stories he has written about his life. He was interviewed about his experience in 1949, when he confronted Prime Minister Ben Chifley about the coal miner’s strike. From then he was closely watched by ASIO. He has also written songs about the local area.
