Allan Heather

Allan’s father Ben Heather owned the service station on the corner of Moore St where petrol was sold as well as Dodge cars. Ben took people on day trips touring the area. Allan remembers school life, games, guesthouses, the beach, shops, trains and bus runs. The interview was conducted as part of ‘Save our Suburb’, possibly in the 1980s.
