Julie Poulton

Julie Poulton went camping with her parents at Bonnie Vale in the 1950s before they bought a shack in 1957. When she was still a child, her father drowned there while spear fishing. Her mother decided to continue taking the children to Bonnie Vale and they enjoyed many happy times there as part of the community. Julie describes the shacks and people who stayed there, the 1994 fire, and changes over time.
