Michelle Falson’s parents lived at the shack while they were building a house at Mascot. Michelle spent her first 6 months of life at the shack. She fondly remembers holidays there in the 1970s and 1980s with the childhood freedom to explore and play on the beach and ride bikes to the shop. She still enjoys taking her sons to stay there but the shack community has reduced since her parents and grandparents time and has changed with the growth of the camping ground and day trippers.
