Carol Herben

Carol Herben was a Wollongong-based local historian who specialised in the recording of cemeteries. She wrote books and articles about local history and heritage, including ‘Forgotten souls: the tuberculosis hospital and cemetery at Waterfall, NSW’. Carol tells the stories of some of the people buried in Waterfall cemetery and talks about its future.
